Here's another repair that came in. I think maybe the glass had gotten broken and we were just going to replace that and put it all back together. But once I opened it and started looking at it, the fabric backing was just falling to pieces. That happens with 50 year old fabric! So out comes some new suede and I set about repositioning and affixing all the pieces to a new board. Once that was done, put in new glass and reassembled everything. Makes for a lovely remembrance!
